"Effortless Social Media Management and Time Savings"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

The organization of everything. I have all of my SM platforms in one area, and I can go from platform to platform to go over reviews & comments without having to go to my individual SM accounts. I can do whatever action I need(reply, archive, delete, report user, whatever) and go onto the next one. Probably cuts down on the time by at least 50%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Once in a while I'll get an alert that I can't delete a post for a reason I don't understand. There is a lag time for deleting stuff that there isn't when I simply archive a post, but I'm not sure this is a NapoleonCat issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart Auto-Moderation, Average Publishing, Time-Saver with Room to Grow"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

Auto-moderation saves time: auto-replies, hiding, tagging.

One inbox for comments, messages, and reviews.

Many channels in one place (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, app stores).

Clear analytics and scheduled reports.

AI helps catch spam and hate.

All-in-one tool for teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Pricing can add up as you add profiles or users.

The UI can feel busy until you learn your way around.

Auto-moderation rules need careful setup and testing.

Reporting is solid, but deep customization is limited.

Publishing tools are fine, but not as advanced as some rivals.

Mobile experience is okay, not great for heavy workflows.

Onboarding takes time if you manage many brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Time-Saving, Reliable Tool That Truly Over-Delivers"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

first came across NapoleonCat while researching tools that could help moderate our private Facebook group. While it doesn’t currently support private groups, I decided to look into it further because I saw how powerful its moderation tools are for public social media pages. At CRC, where I work, saving time on moderation is a big priority—so I gave it a try.

From the start, I loved that they prompted me to take a certification course to learn the platform and also offered an onboarding session. When I reached out for help, their support team was fast, kind, and extremely helpful.

It was also super easy to integrate with our social media platforms—we had everything connected in just a few minutes. Now we use the platform all the time, even though we don’t have to constantly check it. That’s because it’s just that great: NapoleonCat does the work for us.

The tool itself works flawlessly. They’re not overpromising and underdelivering—in fact, it’s the opposite. With features like AI-powered auto-moderation and automations, NapoleonCat has saved me so much time and given me peace of mind knowing that if I can’t check it one day, the job still gets done. Compared to Sprout Social, which I found overpriced and underwhelming, NapoleonCat has been a far better fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

As for downsides, I honestly haven’t found any so far. It would be amazing if one day they expanded to private group moderation, but other than that I have no complaints. Everything has worked even better than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Tool for Social Media Managers"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

As a Social Media Manager, I really value that NapoleonCat brings all the essential aspects of my work into one tool. The wide range of moderation features makes team collaboration seamless, while the content calendar and visual previews help me plan and organize posts more effectively. On top of that, their customer support is very responsive and helpful, which makes the overall experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

The platform’s UX could be more polished, as some elements feel less intuitive than they could be. I’ve also experienced situations where connected profiles disconnect on their own, which can disrupt the workflow when managing multiple accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best Social Media tool available."
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

It's a great all-in-one tool for day to day work - and honestly, I'm not even using all of the options at all times, but I know those are there, readily available when needed.

It's fast, reliable, helpful. Saves a lot of time - when interacting with people on SoMe, moderating and replying to comments, uploading organic content in bulk.

The auto-mod feature is godlike, especially now when supported with new options of AI mod that picks up what humans have not defined yet - can't wait for it to be even more improved and reliable.

Implementation via API is super easy, few clicks and it's done, CS people are wonderful and always aim to help, provide tips for the best setup and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Frankly, I can't find anything that I would actually dislike to write about it here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Dashboard to Manage Them All"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

I've been using NapoleonCat frequently for over 6 years across various projects, and when it comes to efficient content moderation, it truly stands out. The ability to manage multiple channels at once (from Facebook and Instagram to YouTube) is absolutely essential when working with clients who require real-time attention across platforms. It's a great tool for day-to-day community management, with an intuitive and easy-to-grasp layout, plus helpful filters that let you tailor your inbox feed to your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Minor UI bugs here and there, and occasional delays in message syncing, but nothing deal-breaking,since the support team is always quick to assist. Some analytics could be a bit more in-depth, but for moderation and day-to-day management, it’s perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Social Inbox That Streamlines Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

What I like most about NapoleonCat is how it centralizes all social interactions in one unified inbox, making moderation, customer care, and team collaboration efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

I can’t easily identify the number of comments by sentiment in the tool. It’s possible to filter them, but the count doesn’t appear. Also, the sentiment chart merges inbox messages and public comments together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NapoleonCat - powerful tool for Social Media Management"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

The Social Inbox feature is a huge time-saver. It lets me deliver top-notch customer support by managing comments, messages, and reviews from different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.) all in one place. The reports are clean, detailed, and easy to customize — a great feature if you work with clients who expect regular performance summaries. Highly recommended if you’re looking to save time and stay on top of all your social channels in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

UI could be more modern and intuitive – While the platform is fully functional, some parts of the interface feel a bit outdated. It may take some time to get used to the layout, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy moderation and AI for reporting – no major drawbacks"
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

Easy comment moderation while handling several clients. Sentiment tagging by AI assistant and data that facilitate reporting. I use Napoleon every day at work, it definitely shortens moderation time. Implementation and integration were simple. Support is always helpful and of high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

I haven't really noticed any like that. So far, there are no features that irritate me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
